Ochre - A stakeholder and portfolio management tool for agile work

I led the pivotal redevelopment of a portfolio and stakeholder management tool to manage and monitor a complex portfolio of tech for good projects. This included the both hands-on design and software development of the tool itself as well as design & tech leadership, plus the design and embedding of supporting processes.
